He is the Idaho Area Manager, Loan Officer, and Team Lead for the Heffner Group at Guild Mortgage. He strives to create ‘customers for life’ by providing unprecedented service to his clients and business partners. His commitment to his customers and their financial goals is what sets him apart from his competition.

He attended Bishop Kelly High School in Boise and Boise State University. He received his BBA in marketing at BSU where he was a four year letterman in football for the Broncos. He has been involved with community and industry associations that include Bishop Kelly High Foundation Board, Building Contractors Association, Ada County Association of Realtors, Optimist Football, Little League Baseball, Idaho Potato Bowl, and BSU Varsity B Club. Terry and his wife Kirstin have two children Hannah and William.

The Team
The Heffner Group was formed in 2000 by Terry Heffner, adding Amy Johnson in 2001. In 2014, David Shelton joined the team. Since then Alex Crespo, Jessica DeMeyer, and James Beck have also joined to form a team that strives to create a positive client experience.

We are passionate about what we do! We help our clients achieve the American dream of owning their own home, and we take that responsibility seriously. Since 2000 our team has helped more than 3,500 homeowners buy homes for over $600 million closed. We are in the top 1% of Originators nationwide, and have our returning clients to largely thank for that.

Our Mission
We are Home Loan Consultants. We help our clients navigate the world of home finance and help them to make solid home loan decisions that run parallel with their overall wealth building strategies. We are an information and resource center for ‘all things financial’ for our customers. Our goal is to be our customer’s lender for life.

About Jim Reidenbaugh

I have been an entrepreneur throughout my adult life, and after being involved in various business ventures in my early 20’s I went back to school and completed my degree in economics and studied business at Boise State University. In 2010 I became the Real Estate Marketing Consultant for Glacier Falls Ranch in Columbia Heights, Montana. I had no idea how much I would enjoy producing marketing assets and hosting potential buyers at the ranch. In February, 2014 I acquired my Real Estate licensed in Idaho and spent my first year at Keller Williams Realty Boise receiving the very best post-licensing education. Through that experience I discovered that I wanted to build my business by referral. I continued building my business with RE/MAX Executives for the following 2 years, and have found the very best fit working with Realty ONE Group Professionals. I believe every family should feel confident when buying and selling a home, and that it is my duty and responsibility to help families make the very best decisions with the very least amount of stress. I thrive on the challenges that are inherent to Real Estate transactions and strive to meet or exceed client expectations on service.
